It hit me I've graduated. I'm never going to see the majority of those people who walked across the platform with me ever again. I'm going to a big scary school called UCI that probably couldn't care less whether I live or die. I don't have a major. I don't have security. I don't have a free education. I don't have free books. I feel like crap. I need an iced caramel macchiato and a hug.

BTW it was Tough Girl's bday on the 30th, but I was all fricken out of it so I forgot to post it....Happy 18th Birthday TG!

Hello it's me. It's been quite a week. Today will be the third time I've gone out, which doesn't seem like very much to those of you with lives but for me is quite an accomplishment. It's been with the same people, too. Disgusting, isn't it? I guess it's this whole thing where we're trying to spend as much time together as possible. Granted, four of us are going to the same school, two of us to another, but there's still this sense of loss. Leah has already left for Santa Cruz for this orientation-type thing that lasts several weeks. We managed to pull together an outing where the "old group" all went to the Crocodile Cafe in Pasadena, and then to my house afterwards. Nostalgia. Argh. I'm going to dinner tonight, leaving soon. I have my orientation tomorrow, affectionately dubbed SPOP. Actually, I only have a mini-SPOP. One day. *whew*

The librarian found it quite funny that I responded so quickly when the professor had asked one of us "women" to bring out the empty boxes. As for me, I found it quite funny that Stanford Guy responded so quickly when the professor asked one of us "women" to bring out the empty boxes, but I don't think she noticed that. The professor later explained that it was constantly stressed to him that college girls have graduated and should be considered adults. I'm no woman. I'm only seventeen and I look like I'm twelve. Another thing that freaked me out is when I noticed the word "Ms." in front of my name on the staff list instead of "Miss". Good lord.

I don't know why but the only strapless bra that I could find in my size was a wonderbra. What are they saying? People my size need "assistance"? Sheezies.

I went to school today...as in high school. I went in to prepare for the PSAT workshop I'm going to be helping with. It was strange being on campus as a worker as opposed to a student. I was there just as summer school was getting out. The place was just crawling with incoming freshmen. iShudder.

Thanks for the Birthday wish!and Congrats on surviving through this country's "free" public education system. Now begins the tedious application process for financial aid and countless loans for "Higher Education." Ever hear of the phrase... "starving college student"?? hehe... don't worry too much about losing familiarity. You'll get used to college life quick. You'll love the newfound freedom. I just don't kno about the stress levels. You've heard me complain the day b4 finals at 12am =)

Don't worry too much about leaving the old and entering the new. UCI isn't that big.. and i'll tell you which classes are easy as cake.....hahhaha!

I graduated yesterday and the whole idea still hasn't hit me. Yet at the same time it seems as if I've lost everything. I've lost everything that's familiar and consequently "safe". I hadn't realized how comfortable I had gotten over the past four years. Walking down the corridors and knowing what to expect. I hadn't realized how much of a change graduation was going to mean.
I was thinking about redoing the layout for this page and putting it up around graduation. I can't bear to change it anymore. But I'm working on something new. I'll get it up sometime before I leave for college.

I accepted a job yesterday. It pays more than my current one. 14 hours a week for five weeks. I need to be fingerprinted just in case I decide to molest the students.

I found the originator of Hyakugojyuuichi! It's found here. Yay.

I'm on my merry way to damaging every single part of my body. I have a bruise on my knee from running into something when I was getting out of my seat, I have a bruise on my arm from God knows where, and I probably am going to get a bruise on my butt from running it into the corner of my nighstand. I somehow managed to jam a joint in my finger. Hmm....ah well. I'm hurting.

Hyakugojyuuichi-Give me my sweater back or I'll play the guitar Somebody please tell me what's going on in this Flash movie. It's all in Japanese. But even if you don't understand Japanese you should still take a look. It's pure madness.

Pascal can suck it. He and his triangle both. They robbed my weekend. Poker spent the whole night preparing the Flash we were going to use for our presentation. It came out great. He's too awesome and our group owes him big time. If I knew where he was keeping the presentation I'd link it. Gosh darn it.

I went to prom and it was fun. Woohoo. No really, it was.

I decided to combat my laziness and I actually scanned my studio pictures. Let me tell you that this one was very uncomfortable, and I don't think I was supposed to smile. Oh well. Oh yeah, I'm the one in lavender.
