Brodard

I read this and was pretty disgusted. I felt that I should probably link it since Brodard is close to me and a number of friends.

Weekend. Boring.

So happy belated father's day. Went to a place called Cocary for father's day dinner (me, brother, parents, grandfather) which is a bit odd because it is a Chinese-owned place that is kind of a fusion between Korean BBQ and shabu shabu. It's all-you-can-eat...there are plates of raw meat, vegetables, tofu, etc. in a fridge in the back of the restaurant. You just grab what you want, bring it back to the table and either cook it in the hot pot or on the flat cooking surface surrounding the hot pot. The total for five people? Roughly $40. Father's day dinner (5 people) was seriously less than 1/3 of this year's mother's day dinner (3 people). CRAZY.

Just to clarify...I didn't skimp on father's day nor is my mother high maintenance. My dad had picked out the restaurant yesterday, and I had picked the restaurant for mother's day.

And that was my Sunday. All I did Saturday was go to work. I'm so exciting.

flashers

One thing about our night at J Lounge...

What is it with girls these days and their up-to-the-crotch dresses? I hesitate to even call them dresses...I think half of them were meant to be shirts (i.e. meant to have some sort of bottom worn with them...underwear does not count as a bottom). Paris/Britney/Lindsay's influences are not good for modern society.
