August 14, 2007 Asshole in a blue VW So I was driving to work this morning. I was slowing so I could move into the left turn lane and some dude in a VW cuts me off. I didn't quite get the point since the left turn arrow was red since that meant he'd just get to the arrow perhaps a half-second faster. But then he keeps going! Yes, he just ran the red. So I think wow, dude's in a big hurry! But THEN I see him pull into the lot for my building and park. He opens the driver's side door and SITS. That's right, after all that cut-offage and speedage and red-light runnage, he just sits there and chills. So then I park and grab my purse, fish out my badge, and start walking towards the building. August 06, 2007 Food Food is evil :( We had BBQ for lunch and I feel huge. Weekend Saturday: Went to a wine tasting party w/ le April and le mom (her mom not mine my mom seems to be in Canada or something I'm not entirely sure) followed by a night at Republic. Sunday: Nishi (I made it this week!), April's house (forgot my camera in her car the night before), then Huntz came over to take pictures of me because I'm awesome (or not) after which my dad talked his ear off about all of his work projects from the past jillion years which was actually kind of interesting. Plus I've decided that I'm definitely going to have some of my dad's artwork displayed somewhere in my house when I finally get a house...which I guess won't be for five years or so =\ I really need to go to the gym.
